The Fraternal Order of Police Forest Rose Lodge 50 Memorial Fund (FOP Lodge 50 Memorial Fund) (The Memorial Fund) is a 501 (c) (3) public charity (ID# 35-2316103) and was created by the Fraternal Order of Police Ohio Forest Rose Lodge 50 in 2007 to support organizations and institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, government agencies and 501 (c) (3) charities in Fairfield, Hocking and Perry County, Ohio, that provides education to individuals. The money raised by the FOP Lodge 50 Memorial Fund is donated to local organizations and institutions to assist students and the organization or institution by providing needed resources for educational materials, equipment and other related activities or functions of the organization or institution. All of this is done in the "Memory of all deceased Members of the Fraternal Order of Police Forest Rose Lodge 50" who so honorably served their communities as Law Enforcement Officers.
Support, as stated above, is accomplished through Grants awarded each calendar year from applications that have been submitted in compliance with established Rules. After thorough review of all submitted applications the Board of Trustees of the FOP Lodge 50 Memorial Fund makes the final selection for all Grant Awards.
The Memorial Fund generates money from donations and contributions received from the public, local business and corporations, and other charitable organizations. If a donation to The Memorial Fund is not within your means at this time, you can also show your support by becoming a "Sustaining Member" of The Memorial Fund. ANY PERSON interested in the purposes of The Memorial Fund is eligible for membership. Annual Membership Dues is just two-dollars ($2.00) and every member receives a "Sustaining Member" sticker that can be proudly displayed on a window of their home or vehicle. If you would like to become a "Sustaining Member"of the FOP Lodge 50 Memorial Fund send two-dollars ($2.00) along with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address to the address listed above.
